The practical stuff

What it costs,
and what you get.

What does it cost?

Most builds land between $2,000 and $4,000. What moves it inside that range is how many pages you need and whether the site has to sell something — a shop, a booking system and payments are real work on top of the site itself. You get the number in writing before anything starts, and it does not move afterwards.

How long does it take?

About a week from the moment you approve the direction. One build at a time is what makes that possible — you are not sitting in a queue behind four other jobs.

What if I don't like it?

You see what your site is going to be, in writing, before it gets built — and again as a grey layout before anything is styled. Nothing expensive happens until you've said yes twice.

What happens after it launches?

You own the files and the domain, so nothing is ever hostage and any developer can pick it up. I built it, so I am the person who changes it — email me and you get a straight answer on what a change takes and how fast it can happen.

Do I own it?

Yes — the files, the domain, all of it. No theme, no page builder, no monthly platform you can't leave. Any developer can pick it up. If we stop working together you keep everything, working.
